Dr. Rebecca Guinn began her medical career in the Bedford community in 2009, before serving for a number of years as the chair of the Obstetrics & Gynecology Department for Medical Associates of Navarro County in Corsicana, Texas. She made her way back to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in early 2019, and is again focused on providing personalized women's care, minimally invasive gynecological surgeries, and high-risk obstetrics in the Mid-Cities.

Dr. Guinn earned her medical degree at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. She served as chief resident during her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Austin. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Guinn is amazing. She has the best bedside manner and makes you feel just as important as her more complex patients.

The front desk staff was amazing. Answered all of my questions and made sure I was well prepared for my appointment

I walked into the office and there were 3 staff at the front desk, 1 was helping someone, the other was on the phone, and the other was just looking at me. I made eye contact with all 3. The lady on the phone completed the call & never acknowledged me. There was only 1 customer at the check in desk. After the lady completed her call she turned & started talking to the lady to the behind her. I stood in the lobby until the nice lady In the middle who was handling a customer asked me if I needed help. She told the lady to assist me with checking in. I've been with THR for awhile and have never been treated in such an unprofessional way. This situation should be addressed & maybe the other ladies who did not greet me should attend a customer service course. The lady who greeted should receive an award for yielding exceptional customer service, she above & beyond in lieu of helping the customer she had.
