Jan 2025Explanation of the situation and attentive to detailsJan 2025Well explained and good follow-upJan 2025Great experience- just needed additional clarification about different treatment options. Appreciated the choice but I'm not a medical Dr. Wasn't sure which would be best. We will see!Jan 2025Great staff! Liked the Dr!Jan 2025Dr. Ingersoll did more for me than myprevious doctos. He even noticed other issues I didnt go in for or know about. He just noticed it. I felt like I was actually give care. It was refreshing.Jan 2025This was my first time meeting the Dr and was impressed that he had reviewed my file before coming into the exam room. He asked questions about medications I was taking and had me stay for blood work needed. He did not come in with technology and had an actual conversation with me. It was amazing, like he actually cared about my care I wasn't just his next appointment.Jan 2025Super good people. Great service and I trust Dr. Ingersoll.Dec 2024Dr. Ingersoll and his staff are exceptional.Dec 2024Never had a bad experience, always good. ( at home)Nov 2024They gave me the meds I needed ...thankfullyNov 2024Very wellNov 2024Was goodNov 2024I felt like the doctor was in a hurry the whole time we talked. I had to call him back several times to discuss issues that came up in my last gynecological visit. At times I felt like I was being talked down to. I am sure it was because I was a new patient for the doctor and he just did not know me. I am trying to be positive and hope my next experience is better. The things that I asked the doctor about were things that my gynecologist asked me to ask him. I wasn't just discussing things out of the blue.Oct 2024The doctor appointment and time to take labs were quick due to the time I came in. This was refreshing.Oct 2024The visit itself was positive. What changed was when the lab result came in and how it was communicated. The CBC panel came back with unusual results from the lab and the message from Dr. Ingersoll was to "contact the clinic to discuss critical lab findings". Shortly afterwards, Dr. Ingersoll called and relayed low platelet counts and asked if I was bleeding anywhere. This was a very unusual and concerning question given I just saw Dr. Ingersoll the day before and no concerns about me were raised. Dr. Ingersoll mentioned this could have been a lab error but still wanted me to come in as soon as possible for a retest. I left work to come in for the blood draw at 10:45AM and was told new results would show the following day. I'd expect a same day result option given the seriousness of this lab finding and would be willing to visit another lab facility for this expedited result. My best advice is if lab results come in that are so far off from likelihood, the communication I would expect to hear would be: "hey, we need you to come back in to take another lab. It's possible one of the panels errored out. This happens time to time." That's it. Don't elaborate on low platelets, bleeding, etc. The second test will confirm or deny the first test.I Googled low platelet counts and causes [cancers]. I slept 2 hours that night waiting for the results to come in around 5AM. The added stress wasn't necessary.Oct 2024Another great expierience at this clinic.Dr Tyler, assistant [...] and the gentleman at the front office are all top notch people !Oct 2024This was my first time seeing this doctor about a recurring injury and he and his staff were fantastic, offered new view points and relief from painOct 2024The doctor needs to work on his bedside manner and judgmental facial expressions. He came across as condescending when explaining office compliance (he stated he was the officer manager of some kind at least 3 times during the visit to me). I agree with his position and answers but I did not appreciate his body language and better than me' attitude. It Is very Important for me to trust my doctor as I need to be completely honest for best possible care.Oct 2024Dr Ingersoll was great to work with and is a super replacement for […].Oct 2024Very impressed with the care and dedication from all the staff.Oct 2024The nurse that drew blood for the blood test was the first one to hit my vein on the first try in many years. I feel her knowledge and skill are exemplary. Overall my visit was very good with all the staff and DR. Ingersoll.Oct 2024I love the time and the compassion shown to me doing my visit.
